The room was cramped, especially with two queen beds squeezed too close to the closet. It was tricky to access the closet as the mirror doors were blocked. Cleanliness was another issue. I noticed dusty corners and a bottle of water left behind from a previous guest. The bathroom needed serious updating, showing signs of wear and tear that didn’t match the otherwise decent decor. The fireplace only worked intermittently, requiring us to keep getting up to restart the timer.

I spent a good night here soaking in the beautiful mountain views and enjoying a superb breakfast with made-to-order options. Though I encountered minor issues with my room's cleanliness, the attentive staff made the experience worthwhile. This hotel embraces hospitality!

We had a wonderful family stay at Mcm Elegante Lodge & Resorts! Our King Suite was spacious, with a cozy gas fireplace that added a warm ambiance in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was a highlight for us, offering delicious options like made-to-order eggs, pancakes, and fresh fruit—a great way to start our day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help.

Only downside was the bathroom could use some updates.
